Washroom And Toilet

inner_pic44

If you plan to travel to the smaller towns and rural villages
while on your Safari, note that in rural areas the rest-rooms are often
pit latrines or long-drop/gravity toilets, which you are not used to.

This is very common and mostly there is no other choice,
but depends on how interior into rural you venture.
While this may not be what you are used to, just note that this is what there is,
and you are going to have to get used to it.
Some of the toilets may be constructed from all sorts of materials, from corrugated tin,
wood, bricks, or even mud.

It depends on the area you are driving through or visiting.
They are safe to use, but you will often need to carry your own tissue, and hand-sanitizers.
